We explore the history of this vital technique and the importance of the Gantt chart in building a schedule model. Project managers can use the Gantt chart to mold a schedule model for better workflow understandability and for communicating the critical path and project schedule objectives to project stakeholders. In this session, we show you how to build better schedule models by using Gantt chart optimization.
